BEFORE YOU PURCHASE, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

We cannot state this enough, please read each item description carefully, and use our measurement guides if applicable to measure your child.

Where do your items ship from?

We ship from our warehouse located in the US.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. Please note there may be a slight delay during holidays and weekends.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for all US orders. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

We currently do not accept exchanges, due to tracking issues. If you need a different size, color, etc, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Can an order be changed?

We are unable to change an order once it's been placed.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hello@hapichild.com. If the address is wrong, we MAY correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

CARE + WASH

We suggest washing them on cold/gentle cycle inside out. Lay flat to dry for optimal longevity or dry low and cool iron if needed. Follow all care tag instructions. 

Due to the delicate nature of baby fabrics, please do NOT wash with other items with zippers, buttons, or hardware. Snagging may occur. Wash separate with other babies items.
