Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date.
Hapi Child will not process a return on an order that is still in transit and not listed as lost by USPS.
1. Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details:
- Your order number
- The product which you need to return or exchange
- Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unwashed, unused and undamaged. It also need to be in the original packaging with all the original labels. If not, the buyer will be responsible for all incurred fees and no credit will be issued.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Incorrect order
If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement or one way if you would just prefer to return.
- Unwanted item
Hapi Child will not issue credit until the item is received and processed at return site. Hapi Child will not issue return labels.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARE LOST/STOLEN?
Lost or stolen items; Hapi child is not responsible for packages tracked as delivered and have been stolen or lost.
