WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for all U.S. orders, orders in Canada, Australia, and the U.K. qualify for free shipping with every order over $100. All other countries are responsible for shipping costs.

Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 5-15 Business days
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days.
Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every U.S. order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Hapi Child is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be changed taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Hapi Child is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed.
