  • Newborn (NB) in U.S. sizing, which is for babies up to 21.5 inches long and around 5-8 pounds.
  • 3 Months (3M) in U.S. sizing, which is for babies 21.5-24 inches long and 8-12.5 pounds.
  • 6 Months (6M) in U.S. sizing, fitting babies 24-27 inches long and 12.5-17 pounds.
  • 9 Months (9M) in U.S. sizing, which is for babies 27-29 inches long and 17-21 pounds.
  • 12 Months (12M) or 18 Months (18M) in U.S. sizing, for babies 29-31 inches long or possibly up to 32 inches long

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 5-15 Business days

Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days.

Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every U.S. order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

 

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Hapi Child is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be changed taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.

 

Returns/Refunds

At Hapi Child, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process smooth and hassle-free.

Return Time Frame:

You can return any item purchased from our store within 10 days of the delivery date.

Hapi Child will not process a return on an order that is still in transit or not listed as lost by USPS. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • Please ensure that the return package is appropriately secured and that the items are protected from damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email hello@hapichild.com to initiate the return process.
  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will provide a swift solution, including a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

What if my items are stolen or lost?

Lost or stolen items; Hapi child is not responsible for packages tracked as delivered and have been stolen or lost. If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed
